Meals created from healthy local products as well as ingredients imported from Japan are served in the large dining room which is full of flowers, paintings and mementos from Japan and other parts of the world. Many dishes are drawn from Japanese cuisine. The host is able to create unique tastes and colorful dishes (in the summer Akiko grows her own Japanese vegetables and herbs in the garden). It is possible to organize a special dinner or party in the villa even if you’re not an overnight guest. Of course the host must agree in advance to the menu and the details of this sort of event.
